Toddler sleep – what’s normal?

Toddler sleep is a very vast notion. On average, a toddler gets between 12 and 15 hours of sleep a day. It’s very common for toddlers to have longer naps in the afternoon (sometimes for more than 3 hours at a time). Toddlerhood is a period in which your little one has numerous growth spurts and they require some extra sleep as well!

 
When to be worried: The only thing you should be worried about if your toddler is sleeping too much is whether he has enough time to practice his social skills and gross motor skills. Celiac disease is a disease of the digestive system. Widely known as gluten intolerance, it leads to the inability to digest and absorb gluten. If you have doubts that your child has gluten intolerance, talk to his doctor about it.
